Meet Our Staff

Peter G. Cerreta, CEO
Pete has BBA and MBA degrees from Western New England College, along with over 40 years of business experience. He has been an instructor in the Holyoke Community College Business School since 1985.





Eric Cerreta, President Bookeeping and Payroll Division
Eric attended Holyoke Community College & Western New England College. He has also taken several income tax preparation courses. He has 19 years experience in accounting, payroll and bookkeeping with Dove.





Shannon Cerreta Morse, President Tax Division
Shannon has a BS from UMass with an emphasis in business. She has taken several income tax preparation classes, beginning in 1989 and has attended seminars through the years to stay up to date with the latest tax code changes. She has 20 years of income tax preparation experience, working both for Dove Business Associates Inc. and Rick Kristek Tax Services.


Julie Poudrier, Vice President
Julie has a Associates Degree from Holyoke Community College with an emphasis in business. She has 16 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper and account manager with Dove. She has also taken various tax courses through the years to stay up to date.




Marian Cerreta, Reception and Tax Processing
Marian has 17 years experience in banking. She has been working at Dove for the past 9 years as a receptionist during tax season. She is here to help schedule tax appointments, processes tax returns, and is the first person you will see when you come in to drop off or pick up your paperwork.
