Dove has 25 years of experience with federal and state income tax preparation for individuals and businesses.
It's nearly tax time again, and we're getting geared up for the season. In order to comply with state regulations, we will continue e-filing all tax returns this year. All clients. Because of environmental considerations, we are continuing to take the next steps in our "less-paper" plan.
1. We continue to keep only electronic copies of returns in-house.
2. We are asking for email addresses from all clients who have them, in order to email organizers & if desired, tax returns to clients.
The tax returns will be password protected and in PDF format. This gives you the benefit of saving it on your computer to print or email copies whenever you need them, for bank loans, etc.
As with last year, all clients will be required to review their returns and sign an authorization form before we can e-file them.
Dove is ready to email Client Organizers. If you are a current client and have not received a Client Organizer, or you are interested in becoming a new client, call us to receive an Organizer free of charge. Or you may download an organizer here:

Remember to clear this address from any spam blocking or filtering application you may have on your personal computer. If you do not have email, and need a copy of an organizer printed, please contact Dove by phone at: (413) 268-9313 and make arrangements to pick it up.
Tips and strategies to help us serve you better
If your income taxes are similar to last year, you don’t need an appointment. You can just drop off your paperwork and/or organizer and we will call with any questions. Please just be sure to leave us both a day and an evening phone number where you can be reached with questions. However, if you need an appointment, call now to set that up for tax year 2009.
- With the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, there are many new tax credits and changes this year. So, even if you are just dropping off your paperwork, and not having a sit-down appointment, please leave yourself 5-10 minutes to fill out a quick questionnaire so we are sure we are getting you the maximum refund you have coming.
